Each year Yuan Tze conducts two in person and live streamed online retreats to expand and deepen our understanding of various aspects of REN XUE.
Transforming unhealthy patterns is the core focus of Ren Xue life cultivation because it facilitates the breakdown of the false self and the manifestation of the True Self. Since 2022 the Ren Xue retreats have been dedicated to this work through exploring the Ten Fundamental Patterns, by focussing on two patterns during each retreat. Through the retreats, many participants have made profound changes to their lives.
During the second and last retreat this year, we will be working on:
Unfounded Suspicion and Negativity.
These two patterns can be so deeply entrenched in our consciousness that we are unaware of the full extent of harm they can do to life.
